No Belts on Bridges

I have no idea how these are suposed to work. They do not spawn in my game no matter how many times i reload or rebuild the bridge.

This is the one thing bridges would be useful for and its not in the basegame.

Yes i just tested and seams like it has broken down. I will fix this and post a update as soon as i got it fixed. Thanks alot for the report!

Yes i was planning this since i got a suggestion from one of my testers mentioning it, so i will try to improve it and add pipe also. =)

Well that answered my question lol. Got home for work and went to add some belts and no joy. I shall wait a bit as belts and pipes under or on the side of bridges just makes sense. Thanks Moriarty!

Well that also answers my question on how straight pipes will go on curved bridges. No biggie and thanks for getting this working Moriarty. Seems the devs really need to revisit pipes and belts. If train tracks and bridges can curve so too should pipes and belts :)

I really hope they do this because the zic-zac algorithm i have, is not very nice to follow curved bridges and not perfect. If only they could curve! 😆

I am still not getting pipes or belts under bridges. At this point i have no idea what i am doing wrong.

Reloading the map, restarting the game. Downloading all you mods fresh.

You need tweaks to activate auto spawn of belts. But if you wanna wait a bit i am remaking belt/pipe spawning completely. And should be done in 1-2 days.

I have tweaks. Turned on the option. But if you can get it improved then i can wait.

It will take a few hours to prepare the map anyway.

I want a bridge to span a corridor between the settlement and the industrial sector.

Yes i would recommend keep playing and wait for new improved reworked version, since its not gonna be the same instead better. =)

New built belt/pipe system updating soon just letting you know. I think you like the new built one. 😊

I already managed to confuse it by building 2 on one end. In that case they all they need to be rebuild to work properly again.

Btw, if you do the train mod one day then i want crossings to have a similar effect of having room for belts parallel to the tracks.

Ye as description says only 1 per side. But i guess i have to fix it since many will not read and mess it up. 🤣

Since these things are essentialy item teleporters, is it possible to create an abstracted away underground pipe network for water?

With pumping stations going in or out at any point of the island?

It's not teleporters it feeds to first bridge connection and travels from beginning of bridge to end and feed out the exit port on hub. 😉

About the underground network i would recommend ask Herman https://hub.coigame.com/Mod/20/Underground-Transport
Since he is the expert on underground stuff. I will not do that again since i had so much trouble with it and was a pain to even get working. 😂
