For those with the skills some idea's for future mods

First Kudos to those with the time and mod skills to keep this game ever more challenging and fun. I have over 2k hours in this game and just keep finding myself starting yet another game to see how I can micro-manage another island. For those with the skills how about these mods:

A level 3 Food Market that holds larger amounts and perhaps 3 items? Tie it to computing to simulate "on time" delivery and steel for the frame

A level 4 Food Market. The infamous Big Box Mart. Think Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco or JBs. Holds 6 food items. Needs computing for inventory management and "on time" delivery and again even more steel for the large warehouse feel.

Retaining Walls. Once you reach steel a level II retaining wall that holds back 10? Titanium gives level III which holds back 15 or 20?

Mori++ has already tackled my last which was the restrictions on Cable Bridges. I plan on starting a new game to check that out. Real world bridges often have pipes and other systems under the surface while vehicle and train traffic use the top.

Hello, dear mod developers!
I (as well as probably many) like to put order on the territory in terms of laying pipelines - where possible, I bury the pipes in the ground. For example, supplying water to the residential sector and draining stagnant water, supplying seawater to a desalination plant, draining exhaust gases from metallurgical plants, etc.
In my opinion, this is aesthetically pleasing and saves space. BUT there is one unpleasant moment (in addition to the actual process of laying pipes) - when I delete buildings "from the surface", I often delete some of the underground utilities. The same story is with copying buildings on the surface - when copying, the underground utilities are also copied.
The essence of the idea:
To have the ability to block/close an object from deletion/copying. And accordingly, there should be a reverse action - the ability to unlock an object.

You can use my mod underground transport to transport goods without the need to burry them

would new recipes be worth looking in too as well? flour is used for 3 things. it could be used for so much more, Quartz is next door to useless, and why can't we make beer/spirits? I mean, we have an abundance of potatoes, so why not vodka?
