One question: I suppose that if I lower a controller's "computing speed" to the minimum of "20T/M," I'll get better performance in terms of FPS/UPS. Is that right?

Yes, lowering the speed of the controller should increase the UPS, but there is not guaranteed, the will not all go in single tick.
The order of executed controllers is not change-able, it is handled by game itself now.

There can be later created a manager that will have control over all of them, but that will need a bit complex migration.
I'm keeping that for later a bit.

Having thousands of controllers in final will be always a risk, the lowering of speed can help. But I feel this mod is not designed for huge game speeds.
