I tested this and i can't recreate the problem. Are you using any mod that changes the fluid transport?

Tested also with balancers and pipes to make sure and all fine.

And now, baby, please. In one picture the diesel is burning and smoking and in the other there is no knock. The heavy oil is ignoring me. I will have to test it step by step... 🤪
