Haven't tried this yet as I made my own version a while back for personal use but does yours restrict Bridges/Tranports/Train rails being built over them? Found that problem with mine but never dug deep enough to figure it out.

Seems like I can build train tracks, belts, pipes, and bridges just fine over the retaining walls. Not sure why it'd disable them tbh, but you can check my code on github if you want (it's fully FOSS)
