Large Battery 4 Solar Cell Farms

This is just a copy of https://hub.coigame.com/Blueprint/Detail/72 but I believe the original has some flaws:

1. Boilers must be set to lowest prio to only use excess power
2. Power Generators must have Production Priority set to in between Solar, Nuclear and other fossil production.

I fixed this here but have not done any other changes to the blueprint.

Please note that without any changes only solar cells currently create excess power. You need to set the generators of your nuclear or FBR stations to "create excess power" manually so it also goes into this storage.
