COI-E Hydro-Refinery

This Hydro-Refinery is an oil refinery setup to produce mainly Hydrogen & Diesel. Best Used as a starter Hydrogen producer before switching to Fast Breeder Reactors in late game.

Needs to be primed with enough hydrogen to cycle twice before it self feeds the gas boilers. Water Positive from Sour Water Stripping. The Crude Oil and water pipes are located next to the Large Smoke stack venting Nitrogen. Crude Oil on bottom and top two are water pipes. Uses 541 Workforce, Produces: 330/month Hydrogen OUT (after internal consumption) 288/month Diesel OUT Consumes: 450 Crude Oil Needs Piped I/O of water.
