Wastewater Treatment/Trash

Compact-ish blueprint for settlement wastewater treatment and trash incineration. Filter media is made on-site, and the fuel gas from processing the wastewater sludge powers the incineration plant. Also uses the steam output from the incineration plant for a tiny bit of extra power, but this can be removed and vented if that is preferred.
