general purpose crusher inp(L)

Basically the same as the previously posted general purpose crusher input (https://hub.coigame.com/Blueprint/Detail/641), so please refer to that.

This version has 8x the throughput (4x T3 belt) compared to the previous version.

It may take a bit of time to speed up for the first time btw (because to achieve high throughput, the buffer storage needs to be sufficiently prefilled but the prefilling process is slow)
