User Content License Agreement

Introduction

By uploading content to the Community Hub for Captain of Industry (COI Hub), you agree to license your contributions under the CC BY 4.0 license. This license allows anyone to freely use, modify, and redistribute the content given that they give appropriate credit to the original author(s), fostering a collaborative and creative community.

License Summary

License Granted: All content uploaded to the Community Hub is licensed under the CC BY 4.0 license. This allows others to freely use, modify, and redistribute the content, even for commercial purposes, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original author(s).

Attribution: Following methods of attribution are required on the Community Hub:

• The original author's name is displayed alongside the content on Community Hub.
• If content is modified and re-uploaded to Community Hub or distributed elsewhere, the modification must include an acknowledgment of the original author's contribution in the description of the content.

Special Note on External Use: For content used in external media, such as YouTube videos or live streams, where direct integration of attribution details is not feasible:

• No mandatory attribution is required. While we encourage and appreciate attributions to the original content creators, we acknowledge the practical limitations in some formats and platforms. Therefore, attribution for such uses is recommended but not required under this agreement.
• We urge content users and creators alike to support a culture of recognition and appreciation by voluntarily crediting original creators whenever possible.

Agreement

By uploading content to the Community Hub, you:

• Confirm that you are the original author of the content, or have obtained the necessary rights to license it under the CC BY 4.0 license.
• Agree to the terms of this User Content License Agreement, including the licensing of your content under the CC BY 4.0 license and the specified attribution requirements.
