Rock-based concrete cell (upgradeable)

v1.5 — redesigned for hydrogen-only use in the late game

This blueprint features two versions of the concrete production facility: one for the mid-game and one for the late-game, with the possibility to upgrade the early version into the late one without a complete rebuild. The facility is designed entirely around the use of rock, intentionally excluding slag and sand as input materials. This ensures:

• Sustainable resource use, since sand is limited and needed in irreplaceable processes, while rock is abundant and underutilized, mostly consumed in terraforming.
• Maximum efficiency in slag trading, by preserving all slag for export in exchange for sour water (blueprint for this facility: https://hub.coigame.com/Blueprint/Detail/624).

Naturally, the design follows the cell-based concept, meaning:

• Easy scaling of production by mirroring and connecting cells.
• Compact layout with access to storage from both opposite sides of the rectangular footprint.

Note: To double the production, for example, you simply create a mirrored copy of the blueprint and attach it to the existing cell (screenshot 3).

Upgrade procedure from early to late concrete cell ( the screenshots haven’t changed, but there are no conceptual changes here ):

1. Remove the rectangular section with Crushers, upgrade the specified conveyors for rock, Concrete mixers, and Rotary Kilns (screenshot 4).
2. Remove the rectangular section with conveyors for coal and limestone, as well as the Storage for coal and its conveyors (screenshot 5).
3. Insert the Upgrade module and select the new cement recipe (screenshot 6).
