[UPD3] Pipe Overpass and Ramps

All builds can accommodate all vehicles any size up to the Mega Excavators.

Pipe pass for vehicles with pipe height level 8 and 1-6 level pipe input/output. Possible to do combinations input/output level with copying related part of pipe.

• 5 cells span is minimum width for Haul Trucks and Mega Excavators

• 8 cells span the widest

• Vehicle Ramp (Small) with pipes height level 10

• Vehicle Ramp (Medium) with pipes height level 10

• Vehicle Ramp (Large) with pipes height level 11
