4 labs, 4 offices and everything needed for them to work continuously. Products also Servers and vehicle parts 2 as a bonus, needed for imported goods (because why not). Tileable data centers.

Note 1 : Offices can be scaled up to 6 offices. After that you will need to boost office supplies production

Note 2 : I used the COI Extended mod as a sandbox mode to make this BP. This may be problematic for your import.
