You need plastic and rubber but you want to get rid of your nasty oil refinery ? This blueprint fills that need. The production is based on sugar cane farms, which provide sugar then ethanol. Fully autonomous as long as you fill / empty the storages. No pollution generated.

Input : Water, Limestone, Hydrogen, Brine, Oxygen, Sulfur

Output : Plastic (max 792 / 60), Rubber (max 480 / 60), graphite, slag

Note 1 : High consumption of hydrogen.

Note 2 : I used the COI Extended mod as a sandbox mode to make this BP. This may be problematic for your import.
