Description
Previously a barren wasteland, this region will likely be challenging to tame. The flood has made the area much more fertile, but the sudden humidity has created a significant landslide risk and scattered rocks made it a difficult landscape. Shallow waters will make terraforming easier, but each location has its own set of problems to solve. Can you do it? Can you conquer the steppes?
