Produces 2016 hydrogen. Only inputs required are to run the FBRs.

Outputs: 1800 hydrogen (remaining 216 is supplied to an on-site fuel station) 1800 oxygen (pipes are provided for 1350. there's room to get one more oxygen pipe out for 1800) 450 brine (optional output 1 full pipe is around the side near the shore)
