Kayser's Boosted Fertilizer - Keeps your Chem Plant busy

• Produces Fertilizer, from NH3 and H2 in arbitrary proportions. If both NH3 and H2 are supplied, NH3 is prioritized.
• Perfect in mid game, when you're not producing sufficient NH3 to keep a chem plant fully busy, but you have some H2 to spare.

Usage:

• The plant runs on NH3 and/or H2 in any proportions. It can run on just just one of them (although it kind of defeats the purpose of the building).
• Connect your own NH3 to the NH3 pipe that runs on top of the building. If trucking in NH3, make sure the NH3 tank doesn't get completely filled by trucks as it may prevent Fertilizer I from exiting.
• Connect your H2 to the H2 tank, to the H2 pipe, or directly to the H2/NH3 balancer.

Design notes:

• Vented air separation with feeder loop to prevent O2/N2 from backing up.
• Straight fed H2/NH3 with priority on NH3.
• Separates NH3 and Fertilizer on the output side, with NH3 fed back to be used for Fertilizer.
• H2 storage included (can be omitted for even smaller footprint).
