FBR Hydrogen Mega Plant

A safe FBR Plant with ~60MW output when idle, and a maximum of 864 H₂/mo throughput together with 30MW electricity output at full load. Reactor Automatic Regulation should be enabled. Require some Enriched Uranium (20%) to boot up. enough to fuel tons of trucks :)
