Shibby's Expandable Battery

Expandable Battery Pack consisting of 3 modules:

1. Electric boilers for capturing surplus energy (preferably Solar, but also cheap nuclear)
2. Thermal storage with piping setup for dual use of cooling towers and priority to charge flywheels NOT through the storage
3. Power shafts with cooling tower

All modules are separated by 2 tiles for easier identification of copying area
