Description

Self-balanced vehicle parts 1+2+3 on the same assembly unit

Here is a blueprint in which vehicle parts 1+2+3 are manufactured very compactly in the same assembly unit.

The output is always filled first, when it is full, the parts are then sent to production to produce the next higher vehicle parts.

If the output and the supply to production are blocked, then the materials for production are also blocked.

In the assembly unit, the vehicle parts are prioritized from 3, then 2 and finally 1. This means that the higher-quality product is always produced first and it prevents blockages.

The supply is determined based on the ratio of the parts via a compensator.

The conveyor belts must not be upgraded here, otherwise there will be an imbalance and a blockage will occur!!!

Example - vehicle parts 1: If vehicle parts 1 is blocked, then no iron is supplied and thus the production of vehicle parts 1 stops when the remaining materials are used up.

Example - vehicle parts 2: If we have vehicle parts 2 in the output and in production full, then vehicle parts 1 are blocked. This is where the material already available in the production line is used up.

Example - vehicle parts 3: If the output of vehicle parts 3 is full, then vehicle parts 2 are blocked and only what is already there is used.

This means we can trade with vehicle parts 2 and have all the other vehicle parts available for the needs without having to build a separate production facility here.
