Description
The Unified Foundry provides a single facility to produce everything that utilizes a molten channel. It is designed for use from mid to end game. The modules of the Unified Foundry are designed to link seamlessly together. Therefore, it is very important to read the installation instructions for each blueprint in order to properly place each blueprint.

Stages of the Unified Foundry:
- Stage 1: Initial Build for Iron, Steel, Copper, Glass Smelting, & Recycling
- Stage 2: Silicon Production
- Stage 3: Cooling Tower Upgrade
- Stage 4: Gold Smelting
- Stage 5: Glass II Upgrade
- Stage 6: Arc Furnace II Upgrade for Silicon
- Stage 7: Arc Furnace II Upgrade for Everything Else
- Stage 8: Aluminum Smelting
- Stage 9: Titanium Alloy Smelting
Transport
My current transport modus operandi is to use trains to transport ore processed at the mines and use belts & pipes for transport between factories. However, I understand that some of you prefer to only use belts & pipes. As such, I have included two options for ingress transport: belts & pipes only or hybrid (train station for ore with belts & pipes for the rest). Egress also has two options, they are "normal" or flipped. If products leave the one side of the Unified Foundry and enter the Manufacturing Hub on its opposing side (e.g.: products leave the UF on the left and enter the MH on its right side, or vice versa) then use the "normal" egress transport. If you use the same side for each, use the flipped blueprint.
Both ingress and egress transports have a hookup blueprint which includes initial belts and pipes passing under vehicle ramps. These must be placed first.
Tips
- Use the UF Footprint Guide blueprint to make sure you have enough space.
- Start with constructing the pipes, conveyors, and storage first. Then construct the production buildings as needed.
- Upgrade conveyors to tier III as needed and able.

- Added Aluminum and Titanium Alloy smelting.
- Increased Copper Smelting Channels from 12 to 16.
- Added 4 mixers II to recycle sulfur into acid.
- Updated both ingress and egress transport designs.
- Moved 7th air separator to bottom near silicon furnaces.
