Description

A high tech water neutral coal power plant, makes about 28.5mw of power after factoring desalinator power usage. You may want to use this if you don't have a nuclear reactor yet.

Actually creates a tiny amount of water (9/60), but by default the excess steam is vented instead. Modify the water pipe if you want to extract the excess water.

Requires a kick-start with a water delivery. You can fully start this plant with one delivery of water, but just beware that it may take a while to fully get up to speed, turbines might start-n-stop for a while before all water pipes are filled. After water pipes have been fully filled, the plant will run at 100%.

Requires Vacuum Desalination to work

@Dredd, the blueprint works, but you need Vacuum Desalination to use the depleted steam. Otherwise things will freeze up. You probably placed the BP down before you had that researched and so you couldn't choose the correct recipe.
Hi. this does not work cause Low pressure turbine generates steam - depleted and it does not circulate.
Uploaded a minor update, but all I did was update the power amounts in the description/name. accidentally looked at Mechanical power (36mw) rather than energy produced (30mw). whoops.
