Additional Notes:

The entire blueprint produces 1008 water in totality, but will feed 84 back to the boilers; leaving you with 924 Water. The blueprint has two output pipes that have a capacity of 900. If you wish to utilize the remaining 24 water production you must add a third output pipe to the balancer.

@kozrek they do, you just do not have the tech unlocked, what I do not understand though is the "high" steam recipe actually makes more water though, so not sure why the OP uses the super steam, this setup makes 1008, but switching it to high steam it makes 1092. I was also having issues with the water dumps being so close.

You choesed the wrong steam pressure in the desalinators, electric boilers only make high pressure, not highest pressure as you choose. :)
