18x Steel Smelting Train-Feed

Need 4 seawater pumps & 1 brine dump to operate.
432 steel at full capacity (some iron scrap needed).

Workers count: ~600
Provide some graphite & water to boot up.

Use tips:

Train fuel type is H₂ by default, and can be changed with little re-piping. Compatible with electrified rails.
Trains are set to non-stop at station, so that different input types won't interfere with each other.
After booting up, the electric boiler can be replaced by a H₂ boiler.
If somehow truck access is required, use elevator to go across the main station.
The two blank modules are reserved for some extra transport needs. (like resupplying fuel for trains)
