Power Plants

This L2 power plant includes also production of parts required for the space program.

In case your research progress only covers the power plant you can still use the blueprint and just ignore the error messages.

Also, in case you do not need the space program parts or the recepies are missing --- just ignore the missing recepies or building errors. The desalination plant do not need to be activated in case you already have suffcient salt water.
