- 4/year Rocket II Launch service
Remember to stock some station parts before upgrading.
Calculated Rocket delivery Capactiy
Supports a space station whose crew is within 3 rockets' capacity, or up to lvl 30.
Leaving about 22 units per month of delivery capacity for other cargo.
(up to 44 with repeatable research, just enough to bring all the manufactured stuff into orbit.)

Run multiple complexes to support higher tier of stations!
Setup
Mostly plug-and-play.
7 external sea water pumps and 2 brine dumps are needed.
Draw a logistics zone covering the launchpads and rocket factories to prevent unwanted external pathfinding.
Enriched uranium and water import is needed only for booting the FBR.
Remeber to add chicken to chicken farm.
Tips
Numbers nearby I/O stroages are the MAXIMUM comsume rate.With less input it still works, but at a lower rate.
(You may need to tune down FBR power level accordingly.)
There is also a power-hungry non-FBR version.
