• Food production : 40K pops (+64/month food pack)
• Trash burning : 57K pops
• Waste water recycing : 26.6K pops

So the whole module fits 40K pops with Water Saver III Edict activated,
Reaching 57K population also requires Food saver II and lvl 15 Settlement Water Use Research.

In very late game these edicts can be replaced by office bonuses and high tier of research.

Most farm products marked by decal, though other I/O may vary due to office bonus & research progress.
