Kayser’s Compact Gold is a compact, efficient, and balanced gold manufacturing plant, designed to take your settlement from raw ore to polished bullion with minimal footprint and maximum elegance. It integrates crushing, settling, smelting, acid production, and toxic slurry treatment into one harmonious plant, reducing the need for bulky external support systems.
The heart of the design is an intelligent, self-contained chemical loop where every byproduct finds its place. Water is recycled automatically, toxic slurry is neutralized on site, and acid is produced exactly in the quantities required. The top-tier model also uses spare mixer capacity to make filter media, eliminating yet another logistical chore.
The result is balanced flows, compact routing, and clean integration. The plant stays stable even as ore quality varies or settlement demand fluctuates. ⚡ Quick Start Guide
- After discovering Gold Smelting and Wastewater Treatment, decide if you want the 18x or 36x version depending on available space and the final capacity needed. All versions can be developed incrementally in steps if needed.
- Place a smelting plant in a convenient location, preferably close to the Gold Ore and a place to dump slag (gold smelting makes A LOT of slag). You will also need a bit of sulfur, brine, sand, water, and filter media or rock+coal depending on model.
- Place corresponding crusher between the ore mine and the gold smelting plant.
- Connect your gold ore to the crushers and your crushers' output to the belt feeding the smelting plant's settling tanks.
- Connect remaining inputs and outputs — and enjoy your perfectly tuned gold stream.
