Summary
Compact, cheap, and efficient paper mill for up to 96/60 Paper (electric boiler) or 77/60 Paper (woodchips boiler).
As always, this blueprint is built to carry you through the entire game. It starts small and efficient, producing 12/60 Paper using just one Shredder and one Chemical Plant, with minimal storage and short belts to conserve construction parts, maintenance, power, and workers — no wasted resources on unnecessary fluff.
From there, it scales smoothly and elegantly, expanding up to 77–96/60 Paper (depending on boiler type) by utilizing up to 4 Chemical Plant II and 2 Shredders. And thanks to its open-ended layout, further expansion is fully possible, letting you push beyond the standard limits when the island demands more.

Technical Features
- 4 Chemical Plant templates, upgradable to Chemical Plant II.
- 2 Shredders for Woodchips, sufficient for 96 Paper when running on Electric Boiler or ~77 when using Woodchips for boiler.
- Compact, rectangular design for minimal space footprint and easy placement.
- Short belts for initial build to get started cheaply and efficiently.
- Readily accessible input/output storages for buffering, alerts, and easy mapping and connection of pipes and belts.
- Easily accessible exhaust to simplify transition to exhaust filtration (Solid boiler version).
- Open semi-tilable design in both ends allows easy expansion if necessary.

Note: The woodchips boiler version can be brought to 96 capacity by building a third Shredder, swiching to electric/gas boiler or feeding an alternative solid fuel (requires replacing belt with lift).
